AI, set up for you.
Taught until it sticks.
Not a course. Not a webinar. I install AI inside your business, build the workflows for your field and for each person's role, and teach your people on their own machines.
Every setup has the same four parts.
01 · Context
What it knows
One plain text file that holds who you are, how you talk, what things cost, where your files live, and the rules it asks before breaking: what it must ask before doing, and what it can just do.
02 · Connections
What it can reach
Your email, calendar, files, and the tools you already pay for, wired in on accounts you own, with the setting turned on that keeps your conversations out of model training.
03 · Capabilities
What it does for you
Your top repeat jobs saved as recipes it follows the same way each time: things like the invoice, the quote, the follow-up, the weekly report, or the intake. Built for your field and for each person's actual role.
04 · Cadence
When it runs
A morning brief, a weekly report, an inbox sweep, on a schedule you set. And every time you correct it, the fix sticks, so the same correction does not come back.
The same four parts run my own businesses.
Real footage of Jarvis, my own assistant. The typed exchange is an example of what I ask it. Built on my machine, on the same four parts above.

Real screenshots of my own setup, not a mockup. Yours will look different. It gets the same four parts, shaped to your work, on your accounts.
Four steps. No surprises.
The intro consult
Sixty minutes, on a call or in person. We map where AI actually fits your business and decide whether we should work together. Credited toward your engagement if we do.
The engagement
Half to begin. I set up your systems, build your custom workflows, and train your people. Solo owners from $5,000; teams from $9,500. You get the exact number at the consult.
The handoff
Balance on completion. Documentation, recorded walkthroughs, and every system running on your own accounts. Owned by you, not rented from me. You pay your own AI subscription directly, usually $20 to $200 a month depending on the team.
On call
Optional, below. The text line, up to two calls a month, and remote screen-share help when you need a hand.
Two ways to run it
Cloud, set up right
Claude, configured the way I run it myself: the setting turned on that keeps your conversations out of model training, your own accounts, my daily workflows installed, and your team taught inside the tools they already use. The most capable option, and the default for business work.
Private Mode
An open AI model running entirely on your own hardware. Journals, finances, health notes, client files: the model and your files stay on your hardware. Nothing you type goes to an AI company, and no subscription is required to keep what you own. What sits outside my control is the rest of the machine: operating system updates, and your own backups or cloud sync. Heavier to maintain, genuinely private. I set it up, teach it, and stay on call for its care.
Most businesses end up running both: cloud for capability, Private Mode for the sensitive stuff.
Ongoing Access
A text line to me
Questions answered within 24 to 48 hours, new workflows as your business changes, and scheduled screen-share fixes when something breaks. Up to two calls a month; everything else moves faster by text and recorded walkthrough.
Five seats, that's it
$1,500 a month, month to month, cancel anytime. Capped at five clients so the line stays fast. The first three founding seats are $750 a month, locked, and I'll say so when they're gone.
Asked every time
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can use email, you can run what I set up. The whole point is that I do the technical part and teach you the daily-use part in plain English.
I run a medical practice. Does this apply to me?
Yes, through the right door. Clinic and patient data work runs through Transition IT Now, the medical technology company where I run operations, with a Business Associate Agreement signed before any patient data moves. Contact me here and I will route you.
Which AI tools do you set up?
Whatever your work actually needs; most businesses start with Claude configured properly, plus the automations around it. If your data should never leave your building, I set up Private Mode instead.
How long does it take?
Most solo setups land in one to two weeks. Teams run two to six weeks depending on how many roles get custom workflows.
What happens to my data?
It stays yours. Cloud setups get the setting turned on that keeps your conversations out of model training; Private Mode keeps the model and your files on your own hardware.
What if it breaks after you leave?
You have the documentation and recordings, and Ongoing Access exists exactly for this: text me, and if it needs hands, we fix it together on a screen share.
