Claude, configured the way I run it myself: privacy settings flipped so your data never trains anyone's model, your own accounts, my daily workflows installed, and your team taught inside the tools they already use. The most capable option, and the default for business work.
An open AI model running entirely on your own hardware. Journals, finances, health notes, client files: nothing ever leaves the machine, no subscription required to keep what you own. Heavier to maintain, genuinely private. I set it up, teach it, and stay on call for its care.
Most clients run both: cloud for capability, Private Mode for the sensitive stuff.

Whatever your work actually needs; most businesses start with Claude configured properly, plus the automations around it. If your data should never leave your building, we use Private Mode instead.
