What this site collects, where it goes, how long I keep it, and how to have it deleted. Written in plain English because it is short enough to read.

What the contact form collects
The message box takes whatever you type. The line under it takes the email address or phone number you give me so I can reply. Those two things are the only fields you fill in.
There is one more field on the form that you never see and never fill in. It exists to catch automated spam. If it comes back filled, the message is thrown away.
Attached automatically when the note is delivered: which page of this site you sent it from, the city and country my host reports for your connection, your IP address, and the browser identification string your browser sends with every request.
I use those to answer you and to keep spam out. Nothing else is collected, and the site asks you for nothing else.
Where it goes
The form posts to a small Cloudflare Worker of mine on workers.dev, which turns your note into an email and sends it to my own inbox. There is no form-builder service and no marketing platform in the path.
A copy of the same details is also written to a private enquiry log, a Google Sheet under my own Google account, so a message does not get lost in an inbox. Google hosts that sheet and my inbox; only I can open them.
Your IP address is also counted in temporary storage so one sender cannot flood the form: an hourly count that expires after two hours and a daily total that expires after two days. The IP attached to your note stays in the enquiry log until the enquiry is closed or you ask me to delete it.
If the send fails, the site opens your own email app with the message in it instead. In that case the note never touches my Worker at all; it goes out from your email account.
How long I keep it
Enquiries are kept until the enquiry is closed: either we start working together, or the conversation ends. After that I delete the message and your contact details.
You can have yours deleted sooner, at any time, for any reason. Email info@westonbeteta.com and ask. You do not have to explain why, and I will confirm when it is done.
What I do not do
I do not sell your information. I do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to a data broker. I do not run advertising on this site and I do not run advertising trackers on it. You are not added to a mailing list by contacting me.
What runs in your browser
Every script on this site is my own, served from this site, and none of them is an analytics or tracking script. There are five, and this is all of them.
- wb-theme.js picks the day or night theme before the page paints.
- wb.js runs the shared page behaviour: the intro, the scroll reveals, and the contact form.
- sea.js draws the moving water.
- gallery.js runs the image gallery on the Studio page.
- A short script inside each page marks that scripting is on, and on the AI page types out the example exchange.
There is no analytics on this site. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recorder, no heatmap, no third-party tag of any kind.
Browser storage. Two entries. wb-theme remembers whether you chose the day or the night theme; it holds one word and stays until you clear your browser data. wb-intro notes that the opening film has played once in this tab, so it does not replay as you move around; it is cleared when the tab closes. Neither is ever sent anywhere.
One third party loads on every page: the two typefaces come from Google Fonts. Your browser fetches them from Google, so Google sees that request, including your IP address. Nothing else on the page is loaded from anyone else.
Client work is separate
This page covers this website only. When we work together, what happens to your business data is set by the agreement we sign, and everything I set up runs on accounts you own. Clinic and patient data work runs through Transition IT Now with a Business Associate Agreement signed before any patient data moves.
